What data does Blue Monkey Studio collect from its apps and games?

The scope of data collection by Blue Monkey Studio is confined to:

  • App Usage: We track which of our apps you use.
  • IP Address: This helps us understand your geographical location.
  • Mobile Advertising IDs: We use Apple IDFA or Google AAID, which are technical identifiers created by mobile operating systems for advertising. These identifiers are under your control and can be reset or deleted anytime through your device settings. Additionally, we collect device identifiers like IDFV for iOS and Android ID for Android devices.
  • Device and Connection Details: This includes user agent, type of connection, timestamp, system language, device model, screen resolution and settings, battery level, available storage space, time zone, and operating system.
  • Interaction Data: We monitor how and when you use our apps, as well as your interaction with the ads within our apps, such as the number of ads displayed and any clicks.

In some Blue Monkey Studio Apps and Games, you have the option to log in via a third-party service (like Google or Apple), enhancing your experience through features like syncing progress across devices or recovering progress in case of device loss or upgrade. In these instances, we may collect and securely store your email address, in a hashed format, within our database. This email is exclusively for account recovery and customer support and is never shared with third parties.

Blue Monkey Studio strictly refrains from collecting personal data from children under the age of 16. If you are below 16 years old, you are advised not to use Blue Monkey Studio’s Apps and Games.
